This course offers a simple, accessible, and deeply meditative approach to restoring hormonal and reproductive harmony. Through conscious self-care practices, you will learn how to nurture breast tissue while supporting mental, physical, and emotional well-being. Rooted in Ayurvedic wisdom, the health of the breasts is understood as a reflection of the health of the whole woman. Following the initial two-day program, you have the option to continue with the remainder of the event, which runs from June 20th to June 27th.

The practices support breast cancer prevention and recovery, encourage ease in pregnancy and breastfeeding, and gently address menstrual and menopausal imbalances by nourishing the womb and ovaries. Within a safe and respectful space, there is an invitation to reconnect with femininity, soften the impact of past abuse or trauma, and cultivate self-love and acceptance.
You will gain a clear understanding of breast anatomy, learn healing self-care massage techniques, and be guided through essential yoga practices for women empowering you to care for your body with awareness, dignity, and inner balance.

Founder and director of Sahasi Breast care Institute, Dhawalapur, India. She is a Reiki Master and a Yoga Trainer. Dr. Sanjivani has studied and worked as a surgeon in one of the biggest medical college in Asia, for 24 years. Dr. Sanjivani Taruna has 20 years of experience of teaching Sahasi Breast Care to women and Ayurvedic Yoga Massage all over the world. She is also a facilitator of meditative therapies and meditations. She is well known for her precise trainings in Sahasi Breast care and Ayurvedic Yoga Massage. She shares her knowledge of medicine and meditation, in a very easy, simple and relaxed way.
