Kaifi’s work emerges directly from lived experience. Years of living “on the edge” gradually ripened into a profound inner shift, from which From Separation To Unity was born as a lived reality. FSTU® evolved intuitively and continues to resonate with emerging scientific insights into heart consciousness and coherent living systems.
Born in Chania, Crete, Kaifi spent many years traveling and living internationally. He is now rooted in Eressos, on the island of Lesvos, where he participates fully in the life of an international community devoted to conscious, embodied living. He is also an integral part of the living field of the Afroz Meditation Center, a place shaped by decades of shared practice, openness, and human meeting.
In 2015, the birth of his son marked a deep turning point. Parenting opened a living initiation into love, intimacy, and everyday presence, becoming a grounded space of shared growth with his partner.
Music, movement, and earthwork flow through the same current. A passionate DJ since his teenage years, Kaifi shares psychedelic electronic sound journeys while tending the land through seeding, planting, and caring for the soil.
