Rewrite Your Code with Evolutionary Affirmations
With Garuda
This workshop is an invitation to return to agency. In a time when many people feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain of how to respond to the challenges of our world, we will explore how to rebuild purpose from the ground up. We will also look honestly at the pitfalls of spiritual bypassing, and at what it means to cultivate a spirituality that is embodied, responsible, and awake to reality.
What if the stories shaping your life are not fixed, but alive — and capable of being rewritten?
In this 3-day workshop, we will explore the subtle but profound power of words, attention, and embodied awareness as tools for transformation. Rather than approaching affirmations as surface-level positivity, we will work with them as evolutionary signals: ways of speaking to the deeper intelligence of the mind and body in language that supports healing, clarity, and inner alignment.
Together, we will begin to uncover the unconscious patterns, inherited beliefs, and emotional conditioning that quietly shape how we live, love, and respond to the world. Through meditation, reflection, somatic awareness, and guided exercises, we will create space for a more conscious relationship with ourselves — one in which new inner codes can begin to emerge.

Held in the field of Osho Afroz, this gathering offers a space for depth, stillness, inquiry, and renewal. It is for those who are ready to listen more deeply, speak more consciously, and step into a more integrated way of being.
Through guided meditation, somatic inquiry, voice work, and reflective practice, you'll learn to:
Identify limiting inner narratives and their somatic imprint
Craft believable, values-based affirmations your nervous system receives
Transform your inner critic into an inner guide
Connect personal transformation to purpose and agency
