2-day retreat of embodiment and empowerment for women and queers.
In this journey of gentle yoga, meditation, womb wisdom and heart connection, we will attune to the wisdom and power of our own bodies…

Once rooted into our centre, we’ll hold space for one another – through our words and our silence – allowing the feminine to express her current realities, and future possibilities.
At the core of this retreat is the call to honour the land, to listen to the whispers of the trees, to melt into the silence of dawn & dusk, to surrender to the guidance of Mother Earth.
Starting each day with a deep Yin Yoga session in Buddha Grove, we’ll ground into our bodies, pouring our awareness and gratitude into every cell, serenaded by nature’s morning chorus.
Our first day is devoted to our ROOTS; feeling and being fully present, inside our bodies. We’ll embark on a powerful womb healing session, looping this into a shared space of heart connection. Soon after sunset, we will head to the Aegean sea for a sacred ceremony of release under the stars.
Our second day is where we RISE together; coming into our power as individuals, and as a collective. At this crucial point in human history, when we need to birth new systems, structures & more holistic, healthy realities, we will invoke the power and wisdom of the feminine.
Notes
Queer Inclusion: A note that this is a retreat for the embodiment and empowerment of the feminine, coursing through our bodies, and our societies. Due to the nature of the work, it is primarily a space for those who are AFAB (Assigned Female at Birth). That said, this is a space of inclusion and connection, where we honour the liberatory possibility of queer beings and bodies. We are very welcoming of queer, trans, non-binary and intersex members of our communities, please reach out to Clay with any questions

10am: Mantra/Meditation
10:30am – 1:30pm: Session 1 (Womb & Heart Wisdom)
1:30pm – 3pm: Lunch & Rest
3pm- 5pm: Sacred Sharing Circle
5:30pm: Kundalini (Optional)
9pm: Stars & Sea Circle (Sahara Beach)
Sunday 24th RISE (empowerment):
7:30am – 8:45am: Yin Yoga, Empowerment Meditation (Buddha Grove)

About Ma Anand Michelle
Michelle is originally from Australia. She has been working as a bodyworker and space holder for 25+ years, in all corners of the world.
She has facilitated workshops since 2016 & is a trained practitioner of Holographic Kinetics (Aboriginal Dreamtime Healing), Mama Medicina (Womb Wisdom), Osho Active Meditations and some Osho Meditative Therapies.
About Clay
Clare Hand (Clay) was born and raised in London, and currently spends half the year on the island of Lesvos, where she first learnt to listen to the land, and where she teaches and studies yoga, meditation, tantra and breathwork. The rest of the year, she’s with her teachers in India, London, New York and elsewhere.
Clay practices Dharma Yoga, and has trained in Hatha, Power & Yin Yoga, as well as Pranayama and meditation. She hosts sacred spaces of connection and healing for LGBTQ+ people in London, she is also a qualified personal trainer, trained in Ayurvedic Yoga Massage and the facilitation of Osho Active Meditations.
