Nourished Feminine Breathwork Sessions
Nourished Feminine Breathwork bridges body, heart, and awareness, supporting sustainable, heart-led transformation and reconnection with your inner intelligence.
It is a gentle, embodied practice using breath awareness, breath regulation, and Conscious Connected Breathing — a continuous, circular breathing technique guided with softness, choice, and deep respect for the nervous system.
Rather than pushing for release or intensity, the breath is used as a regulating and integrative tool. You are encouraged to listen to your body, adjust your breath as needed, and rest whenever necessary. Safety, consent, and self-attunement are always central.
Each session is held as a nourishing ceremony — a space to meet yourself with compassion, presence, and trust, allowing authentic growth to unfold naturally, from the inside out.

Conscious Communication, Awareness & Presence Sessions
Practical, interactive sessions focused on authentic expression and connection with yourself and others.
We explore emotions, needs, and inner responses with curiosity, playfulness, and compassion. Through simple practices of presence and awareness, you learn how to truly hear (not just listen), and how to express your needs and feelings so they are genuinely heard and received.
These sessions support the creation of nourishing relationships and a deeper experience of vulnerability and authenticity.

We warmly recommend arriving 1–2 days earlier and staying 1–2 days afterward to land gently and allow the island’s rhythm, sea, beach, and Afroz Meditation Center to guide you from doing into being, as well as to integrate the retreat experience with ease and gently weave it into your everyday life.
About Jeanette Solberg
Jeanette Solberg is a breathwork facilitator, meditation guide, and founder of Nourished Feminine Breathwork. Originally from Norway and now living in Greece, she brings together a background in nutrition and integrative wellness with embodied, nervous-system-informed practices. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition from Long Island University in New York and she is trained as a breathwork facilitator, FSTU® facilitator, Reiki practitioner, HeartMath Add Heart® facilitator, meditation and yoga teacher.
After experiencing burnout despite years of healthy habits, Jeanette was invited to redefine her understanding of health, wellness and sustainability. She discovered that true well-being arises through deep listening, regulation, and connection with the body’s innate intelligence. Breathwork and meditation became her pathway back to balance, presence, and inner harmony - and now form the foundation of her work.
Through Nourished Feminine Breathwork, Jeanette supports women in reconnecting with their bodies, inner wisdom, and feminine power, and in creating from the heart — in life, leadership, and business. Her work weaves together science and subtle energy, creating spaces that are both grounding and deeply transformative.
Jeanette is known for her soft yet steady presence and intuitive, clear guidance, allowing women to feel held, safe, and deeply seen. She guides women in both private and group settings, creating spaces where depth, regulation, and authentic expansion can unfold.

About Aga Grochowska
Aga Grochowska is a life and business coach, Conscious Communication facilitator, and facilitator of meditation and presence-based awareness practices. Her work focuses on clarity, life balance, and supporting people through periods of transition.
She holds a Master’s degree in Economics, specializing in communication, and has completed studies in Business Psychology and IT Project Management. With over 15 years of experience in the corporate and business world across sales, marketing, and management, she understands the pressures of performance and responsibility.
Her personal search for balance and sustainable ways of meeting stress gradually deepened into professional training in working with people. In her work, Aga integrates professional experience with psychological insight and presence-based practices rooted in meditation and awareness. She is trained in Childhood Deconditioning, is a certified yoga teacher, a facilitator of meditation, Born Again Meditative Therapy, and FSTU.
Aga supports clients in working with limiting beliefs and emotional patterns rooted in early life experiences, and in recognizing their strengths and inner resources. She believes that meaningful change requires time, steadiness, and a supportive space in which clarity, self-trust, and courage emerge naturally—along with creativity and joy as expressions of inner alignment and a more authentic way of living.
