Myofascial Energetic Release,
Trauma Release
with Nisarga
This is more than a certified training—it’s a 5-day experience designed to release
trauma and chronic pain. It’s a profound invitation to come home to your body, feel
safe within yourself, and awaken your natural, vibrant vitality.
Why This Training Matters
We live in a world marked by chronic stress and disconnection. Many of us carry the residue of unprocessed experiences not just in our minds, but in our bodies—through tight muscles, shallow breathing, guarded posture, and persistent pain. Trauma doesn’t live in the past; it lives in the body, stored in the fascia, until we create the space for it to complete, release, and transform.
Myofascial Energetic Release (MER) is an integrative system developed to meet the growing demand for skilled bodywork practitioners while addressing the personal and developmental needs of each student. This transformational training teaches youhow to assist people with various types of chronic pain, including: Back pain, Plantar fasciitis, Jaw pain (TMJ), Migraines, Cervical pain, Fibromyalgia, Postural misalignment.
By the end of this training, you’ll understand how to work with complex trauma cases and guide clients toward healing and emotional freedom. You’ll gain the skills to facilitate deep, transformative work that addresses both physical and emotional dimensions of trauma.
The Importance of Fascia
Did you know that 80% of people experience chronic pain at some point? At the rootof this pain lies embedded emotional, mental, and energetic patterns coiled within the body’s connective tissue—the fascia.
Fascia (from the Latin for “band” or “bandage”) is a living matrix that lubricates, organizes, and binds all physiological structures. It stores the imprints of our past experiences and is the new frontier of wellness science. Through conscious touch and the MER method, we can compassionately dialogue with this tissue, release storedmemories, and facilitate profound nervous system healing.
What You’ll Learn & Experience
Over five days, you’ll blend theory with hands-on practice, integrating cutting-edge science with ancient wisdom:

• Mapping Trauma Patterns: Use pendulation, titration, and resourcing.
