Gurdjieff sacred dances can help us to connect with the self, the real one in the moment, it is a meditation in movement. Taking us deep inside, helping us to be aware about our different centers while being in the movement - intellectual, physical and emotional - and with that awareness we can have experience of the self, the watcher.

In that state of no mind there is a space for the higher force to enter in. These movements help us be in the present moment which can be supportive to create a balance in our daily life living.

With the practice of the dances during the process we are able to see our reactions and responses towards different situations which helps us to see who we really are in that moment.
