Each individual is unique and so is every moment in time. There is never one yoga practice session equal to another, simply because we ourselves are continuously unfolding and evolving.
In this 5-day retreat, we will explore a variety of different methods of practise to discover their varied effects & benefits. By shifting our focus away from the hectic rhythms and expectations of our everyday lives, and instead to the here and now, we will become more aware of and receptive to the little things and subtle changes that influence us, allowing us to enter a more natural flow, surrounded by the energy and vibrancy of an idyllic rural landscape.
This will be a chance for you to deepen both your understanding and practise of different styles of yoga, and also to enable a more profound internal dialogue guided by your physical movement, in order to bring your body, mind & soul together.
In three blocks, you will be able to experiment and experience yoga in tune with the changing moments of the day. The retreat sessions will combine both asana and pranayama practices with meditation and a background to philosophy and anatomy. In addition, you will have the opportunity to participate in the centre's daily meditations and enjoy the natural beauty of the harmonious and peaceful location, not to mention the long sandy beach nearby.
You are welcome to take part, with or without previous yoga experience, as every participant will be practicing at their own level.
The course will take place within the normal scheduled Osho Afroz Meditation Centre programme, enabling participation in most activities if desired.
