OSHO No Mind - A Meditative Therapy Retreat

This is a 7 days Meditative Retreat based on OSHO No-Mind Meditative Therapy with the support of OSHO Active Mediations. It is designed to give you the chance to meet yourself in a deeper non-verbal level. Using the Meditative Therapy process "OSHO No-Mind" lasting for 2 hours every day for 7 days plus 3 daily Active Meditations makes it a complete week.

No Mind Retreat daily schedule (29 May - 4 June)

 

7am - 8am - OSHO Dynamic meditation
A five-stage meditation consisting of deep breathing, catharsis, grounding and centering, silence, and celebration.

8am - 9am Breakfast

10am - 12:30am - OSHO No-Mind Meditative Therapy course

1:30pm - 2:30pm Lunch

3pm - 5pm Rest or swimming in the beach

5:30pm - 6:30pm - OSHO Kundalini meditation
A four-stage meditation including vigorous shaking of the body, celebrative dance, and silent witnessing.

7pm - 8:15pm - Evening Meeting meditation
High-energy dance followed by sitting with intermittent music, and continuing with an Osho video (the art of listening)

8:20pm - 9:20pm Dinner

9:30pm - 10:30pm Spontaneous night events

About OSHO No-Mind

OSHO No Mind Meditative Therapy 2 hours every day: For the first hour, we use gibberish to empty the mind of all garbage, allowing -in second hour- a great silence to arise from within.

It works energetically, bypassing the conscious, analytical mind. It is therefore clear, pure process where you, as individuals, are connecting directly with your own energy. And basically it is a meditation - even in the active phase, we are in a moment-to-moment encounter with ourselves.

Why Active Meditations?

Modern man is a very new phenomenon. No traditional method can be used exactly as it exists because modern man never existed before. So, in a way, all traditional methods have become irrelevant.
For example, the body has changed so much. It is so drugged that no traditional method can be helpful. The whole atmosphere is artificial now: the air, the water, society, living conditions. Nothing is natural. You are born in artificiality; you develop in it. So traditional methods will prove harmful today. They will have to be changed according to the modern situation.
