Daily Meditations

The meditations that everybody in OSHO Afroz participate, have been designed by a great Master of the East, OSHO. These are mediatations combining knowledge, techniques and wisdom from the depths of the centuries and a variety of mystic schools. They have been designed in such a way so as to correspond do the needs and demands of the contemporary western man, his culture and way of life. The daily meditation program is as follows:

  • 7:30 OSHO Dynamic Meditation
  • 10:00 Meditation in the Buddha Hall
  • 18:00 OSHO Kundalini Meditation
  • 19:30 Evening Meditation Meeting
  • 21:45 Evening Meditations / Events (occasionally)

The above meditations constitute the main activity of the center. Courses and sessions, beautiful nights at the bar or chatting around the tables, the buildings and the people are all there and they exist in order to create the necessary environment so that you can participate totally and deepen in these meditations. It is therefore self-evident that whoever does not wish or feel like taking part in the daily celebration of meditation has absolutely no reason of being in the center.

Sessions

In specially arranged areas of the center, a series of session are offered, depending on the personal needs and wants (body, emotions, mind or senses).
Sessions are provided by persons that have been tried and evaluated for their practice.
We should remind that sessions and courses offered in OSHO Afroz are designed in such way so as to help you participate and deepen your experience to meditations (Dynamic, Kundalini and Evening Meditation Meeting).
